Trouble Shooting Resident Pages Access

If you are having difficulties accessing the Residents Only pages, below are some common issues that residents may encounter and how to resolve them.

1) Make sure you have provided your email address to HOAMCO and have received an email informing you that you have been added to the email group for WMVV (gmail email address), or you have received an invitation to join the WMVV email group (non-gmail email address) and you accepted. If this has not been done, when you try and access the Resident Only pages, you will see the following screen asking you to choose an account and your email account will not be included.

For a non-gmail email address, you must also follow the instructions on the website to associate that email address with a google account.

2) You have a single Google account associated with your email address

If you have a gmail email address and it is your only address, you must sign into that google account to access the Resident Only pages. If you are not signed in already, when you try to access the Resident Only pages, you will see a choose an account window similar to the one shown above (the above shows multiple google accounts, you will see just one account). Signing into that account will give you access to the pages.

3) You have a non-gmail account and you have associated it with a google account. Like above, you must be signed into that account to access the pages.

4) You have multiple Google accounts

Some residents may have multiple email accounts, some of which may be gmail and some non-gmail. Whatever email address you have provided to HOAMCO, that email address must be associated with a google account. If you are not signed into the correct google account, instead of the choose an account screen, you will likely see the 404 error message. See below. 

If you see this screen, you must first sign out of all accounts (on that browser). After that, when you again attempt to access the Resident Only pages, you would see the choose an account screen. Select the account that matches the email address provided to HOAMCO.
